About Rick Graziani
Rick Graziani has worked in the technology and networking industry since 1980. Transitioning from working in the industry to academia, he teaches full time in the Computer Science - Computer Information Systems department at Cabrillo College, and part-time at the University of California Santa Cruz in the Computer Science and Engineering department. Since he continues to do work for Cisco Systems (Cisco Networking Academy) in their curriculum engineering team. Rick has also authored several Cisco Press books including IPv6 Fundamentals, Hands-On Cisco Automation with Python, and Implementing Cisco IP Routing (CCNP ROUTE). He has a passion for taking complex networking topics and making them easy to understand. Understanding \'how it works\' is important, but also understanding the \'why\'- the theory and the history. His current work bridges traditional networking with automation, programmability, and AI.
