ABOUT RICK GILMARTIN

Across my career as a transformational operations executive, I have had the opportunity to scale operations, turn around performance, improve processes, integrate acquisitions, and maximize profitability for multibillion-dollar portfolios in the mortgage, banking, and financial services industries.As an international team leader, I work hard to bring a sense of cultural awareness and trust to foster an environment of inclusion, respect, and excellence. Examples of my recent highlights include: Managing P&L and mortgage servicing on portfolios worth up to $360 billion. Overseeing diverse, multidisciplinary teams of up to 1,200 throughout the US, India, and the Philippines. Helping Nationstar Mortgage / Mr. Cooper scale from $9B to $380B in assets over my tenure. Turning around underperforming loan servicing operations to earn an “Exceptional for Oversight” rating from the FRB for BBVA USA. Playing a key role in the largest-ever reverse mortgage asset acquisition, elevating Champion Mortgage to become the largest reverse mortgage servicer in the US. Multi site operational oversight most recently with Mr Cooper (DFW, Phoenix and Manilla) and prior with Conseco (Phoenix, Atlanta, New Delhi).To advance best practices in the mortgage industry, I currently serve as a member of the Loan Administration Committee for the Mortgage Banker’s Association.
