About Rick Frost
Currently serve as the Director of Customer Care at US Synthetic Corp.(USS). USS is the industry leader in polycrystalline diamond (PCD) – long-lasting diamond inserts used for applications in down-hole drilling tools. In this role, I work with customers helping them maximize their use of our product and improving the product life cycle. I also utilize my many years of experience in pricing to assure maximum value for our owners and equity for our customers.Played key roles during my many years with USS, helping it grow from a small company of only 30 people to over 950 at its peak. I experienced first-hand the transformation that a company and its employees undergo during our Lean transformation, which culminated in our being awarded the Shingo Prize for Operational Excellence. This experience has taught me the importance of utilizing continuous improvement principles in my professional, as well as in my personal life.I have many years of experience and countless connections globally within the PDC and drill bit segments of the oil and gas industry. It is my goal to utilize the principles of continuous improvement to further learn and expand my influence in the industry.
