ABOUT RICK FARRAND
I am a geologist with over 30 years of experience providing a wide variety of services to the all of the oil and gas industry market sectors. My early career included the search for oil and gas domestically and internationally as an exploration geologist which was absolutely thrilling for a young geologist to learn about the worlds geology. This also provided me with a technical and business understanding of the upstream market sector. For the past 20 plus years, I have been an environmental and engineering consultant, specializing in providing services to oil and gas industry clients. I have assembled highly skilled technical teams to provide sound, cost effective solutions to the many different environmental challenges facing the upstream, midstream and downstream industry. Specific projects have included upfront planning and project permitting; operational and project specific compliance; investigation and remediation; and rehabilitation. I have also managed national programs providing consistent quality and safety programs.
