About Rick Emerick
Experienced Senior Advisor with a demonstrated history of working in the commercial real estate industry after a 35+-year career as a corporate executive for multinational manufacturing companies Rick Emerick joined a partnership to develop small (80 – 90 units) residential subdivisions in Raleigh, North Carolina. He subsequently became a commercial real estate broker in 2006. He is currently a licensed commercial real estate broker in North Carolina and a Senior Advisor for Income Properties of Raleigh. He is an active member of the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors (TCAR), NAIOP, the Triangle Area Office Building Association (TRAOBA), the North Carolina chapter of CCIM, and the Triangle Community Coalition (TCC). He is a past president and board member of TCAR, has served on the board of TCC for several years and is a James R. Wahlbrink Grassroots Leadership Award recipient for that organization.Rick has held leadership positions in Toastmasters, is an active member of his church, and in community and social services. He has a B.S. Engineering degree from Duke University and Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) focused on Finance, from University of Dayton.
