Includes close to 5 years deployed time with Combined Special Operations Task Force – Afghanistan (CJSOTF-A), Special Operations Joint Task Force – Afghanistan (SOJTF-A/NSOCC-A), and Special Operations Task Force - Afghanistan (SOTF-A)Provide actionable all-source intelligence to commander, staff, and associated enablers for both kinetic and non-kinetic targeting options. Regularly provide analytical assessments and briefings to USSOF 0-6 through O-8-level discussions. • Deliver effects-based targeting assessments on insurgent/terrorist networks to shape the environment for current and future operations, and assist in prioritizing targeting options• Develop, coordinate, facilitate, and perform insurgent and social network analysis, geospatial analysis, and CIED/COIN analysis using state-of-the-art analytical methodologies• Identify significant intelligence trends and propose new or revised analytical efforts to meet customer needs; focused analysis on network structures and key operational nodes and capabilities for effects-based results• Review, edit, and submit new and updated intelligence gaps requiring collection; continue follow-up until requirement is complete and satisfied• Actively coordinate with leadership to identify and prioritize current and future contract manning requirements Afghanistan-wide; socialize requirements with program leadership to synchronize theater manning • Provide mentorship and training to younger analysts on joint targeting methodologies and network development• Research, prepare and present network-centric briefings and targeting recommendations to synchronize targeting efforts across multiple echelons• Consistently coordinate between SOF elements, battle-space owners, regional commands, services, and ISAF HQ to de-conflict targeting operations • Direct supervision of multiple contract targeting analysts
