Reporting to the CIO, the lead and prime liaison between all RCM business units and IT, for all project and service requests, supporting both Ottawa and Winnipeg locations. The Director, IT Business Services also provides essential program leadership on significant and complex corporate-wide IT projects across all lines of business supporting both Ottawa and Winnipeg locations, specifically the Digital Transformation Program.
