Serve as DNL coordinator of the IL/VR Strategic Alliance•Provide services in accordance with requirements of grants, service agreements, and memorandum of understandingEmployment/Business Services•Provide technical assistance/advocacy regarding Title I of the to businesses, organizations, municipalities, and people with disabilities•Network, build and develop effective collaborative and working relationships between DNL and other private, public, health, and other community organizations and agencies•Serve as the disability resource for Ottawa County Michigan Works! agencyOther•Complete required reports and monthly data collection on a timely basis•Monitor and continually improve customer satisfaction and operations effectiveness•Oversee, monitor, and continuously improve all data collection activities according to SILC protocols, for ongoing reporting State, Federal, and other funders, as well as DNL Board of Directors•Provide disability awareness, sensitivity and etiquette training
