As someone who owned and managed his own business for twenty years, I understand that business owners make better decisions by investing time working on their business, not just in it. The Alternative Board (TAB), which I own and operate in and around Exeter, brings together owners and leaders from non-competing businesses to help each other overcome challenges and seize new opportunities through a combination of peer advice and business coaching. Members also benefit from access to TAB’s business tools designed specifically to help SME business owners. Board members meet monthly to learn from one another\'s real world successes and mistakes, and advise each other. They also benefit from 1-2-1 coaching and planning sessions with me focused on both their business and personal goals.Empathy. Ideas. Accountability. Planning. Progress.
