Develop a deep working relationship with the Global Account Manager of a Key Account to provide strategic solutions for our customer’s IT needs -Work with Supply Chain stakeholders to review statuses for open orders and communicate delays or issues to end users -Be the focal point for escalation and issue resolution for an entire team -Manage the day-to-day activity of all steps of sales operations and trouble shoot issues as they arise -Oversee the submission of orders for assigned accounts, monitor email tracking and correspondence, track orders, facilitate returns, and assist with logistics processes -Proactively resolve post-order issues and review back orders to ensure smooth delivery and effective inventory usage -Prepare reports for Supervisory Management and Customers as needed -Manage project based operations to ensure stakeholders are satisfied -Work with internal teams to resolve various discrepancies (ie. with inventory, invoicing, etc.)
