I teach Theory of Coaching and Ethics which prepares prospective coaches to guide their athletes in learning the technical skills and tactical skills of their sport and to learn life skills that prepare them to live successfully in our society.I also teach Essentials of Strength Training and Conditioning designed for students preparing for careers in strength and conditioning and for sport science professionals involved in training athletes at any level.
