Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the development and application of methods and practices that ensure quality throughout the TOPUCU life cycle- Manage and deliver assigned projects in close collaboration with Senior Management- Develop and implement controls and procedures relative to Customer Care and retention- Identify and mitigate risks at the customer project level- Implement QA controls to ensure the integrity of the TOPUCU brand.
