Facilitate the match between IT candidates and clients\' needs. Focus on scheduling new business as well as maintaining existing relationships with technical candidates. Work with IT professionals in a variety of different technologies, i.e.(Java, C#, C++.NET, Quality Assurance, Project/Product - Management, Business Analysts, Systems/Network Administrators, DBAs, Developers, iOS/Android, Linux/UNIX, Oracle- Provide the right positional fit for each candidate by carefully screening and matching candidates\' needs with available positions- Detail the hiring process to make sure candidates have a leg up on the competition by coaching for interviews and putting the candidate in touch with the right by, often times bypassing the slow HR hiring processes companies may have- Work as an advocate for the candidate to make sure their requirements for a happy and successful career are met.
