As the president of the Institute for Executive Development (IED), I have been incredibly privileged to amass over 30 years of invaluable experience as a corporate executive, university professor, and management consultant. Back in 1990, I had the opportunity to establish IED in the vibrant city of Las Vegas, Nevada with a primary goal to provide exceptional consulting services in the realms of Leadership Development, Strategic Planning, and Executive Coaching.Throughout my career, I have been humbled by the recognition I have received for my expertise in crafting and implementing transformative leadership and team development programs. It has been an honor to collaborate closely with clients, helping them forge highly effective strategic plans that yield tangible, real-world results. In my coaching approach, I prioritize clarity, honesty, and thoroughness, placing a strong emphasis on feedback and follow-up to ensure that the leaders I work with truly internalize the necessary changes.My career path has given me experience across diverse sectors including private, public, and non-profit entities. I have had the privilege of partnering with esteemed organizations such as the Aria Hotel & Resort, AT & T, Bellagio, BlueShield of California, Booz-Allen Hamilton, Citibank, UNLV College of Hotel Administration, the FBI, Fertitta Entertainment / Station Casinos, Hitachi, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, LAPD, MGM Resorts International, Merrill Lynch, Peat Marwick, Quicklogic, Smith Center for Performing Arts, the U.S. Postal Service, and Wynn Resorts. One of the most rewarding aspects of my life has been actively engaging with the vibrant Las Vegas community through volunteer work. I have wholeheartedly supported a wide range of organizations, including my involvement with the Metropolitan Chambers of Commerce\'s Leadership Las Vegas Program. Additionally, I have been honored to lend my support to various community organizations, such as Paul E. Culley Elementary School. It brings me immense joy and a sense of purpose to contribute to the community that has embraced me throughout the years.I am fortunate to call Las Vegas my home, where I reside with my beloved wife, Laura, who serves as the Associate Dean for Community Engagement at UNLV, School of Medicine. Together, we cherish the joys of parenthood and take pride in our three wonderful adult sons, Luke, Paul, and Alex. They are a constant source of inspiration, reminding me of the profound importance of family and humility in all aspects of life.
