My role involves managing the development and delivery of a pioneering traffic control prototype device, leveraging AWS for comprehensive vehicular dock door management—a project poised to redefine site operations across Amazon\'s EU network for a world class yard operation.Formerly an Operations Manager, Iexperience of leading a team of 300 associates and driving key metrics for Amazon UK\'s Inbound Operations. This has honed my staff development and operational excellence.
