I’ve always been passionate about connecting with people, motivating them, and helping them achieve their goals. Starting as a teacher fresh out of college, I sought ways to make a difference in others\' lives, but I felt something was missing.One summer, while working as a lifeguard and DJing at night, someone mentioned that my outgoing and personable nature would make me a great recruiter. This sparked my interest, and after some research, I decided to take a leap into the world of recruitment. Over 15 years later, that decision has proven to be one of the best I’ve ever made.Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with talented individuals, helping them find roles they love, and making a positive impact in their lives. My journey has now come full circle as I return to the classroom as a substitute teacher, blending my passion for education with my extensive recruitment experience.I’m proud of the path I’ve taken, balancing a fulfilling career in recruitment with my ongoing love for music and entertainment.
