I have over 19 years of experience in manufacturing management, process improvement, and cost reduction at Thorlabs, a leading provider of photonics products and solutions.I specialize in applying Lean and Six Sigma concepts to optimize the production and capacity planning, teambuilding, and quality control of the manufacturing processes. I hold a Honeywell Lean Expert Certification and have successfully completed multiple projects that resulted in significant savings, productivity gains, and customer satisfaction.
