Chief marketing officer of state- and nationally-ranked college serving two counties in Central New Jersey. Implemented multiple first-of-their-kind college-wide initiatives within the first six months in my role, including an initial CRM implementation and a branded template system. Develop all marketing campaigns, inclusive of digital, social, email, and direct mail. Work directly with the sales/admissions team to strategically engage and nurture leads and inquiries through application, acceptance, enrollment, and payment. Lead all recruitment and enrollment marketing plans tied to the College’s strategic plan.• Full management of the College’s marketing budget, including all advertising.• Actively onboarding the College’s first CRM (SalesForce/TargetX) with hindsight from previous experience as the primary CRM manager.• Obtained the first Canva for Non-Profit license for the College and implemented a branded-template system.• Selected as member of the President’s Council for Diversity Equity and Inclusion within the first year of employment.• Actively working with executive leadership to create a taskforce to implement a governance model for all of the institution’s web-based content platforms, including the website, intranet, learning management system• Created an audit process to fully assess nearly 500 website pages and intranet pages• Part of team that drove new student enrollment to a 4-year-high; enrollment had declined significantly each year from the beginning of the pandemic
