I lead a team of approximately 40 engineers and technicians who provide high-quality laboratory and field testing services of construction materials, subsurface soils and existing pavement conditions. We support MaineDOT\'s mission by delivering the following services:• Construction materials testing at two accredited laboratories.• Onsite testing of construction materials.• Inspection of asphalt, readi-mix concrete and precast plants.• Geotechnical drilling.• Nondestructive testing using ground penetrating radar and falling weight deflectometer.• Network and project level pavement data collection.
