Conducts needs assessment with executives and mid-level leaders to customize training and workshop experiences.• Facilitates cohort-based training and workshops (virtual or face-to-face).• Coaches individual clients and leaders on the acquisition of performance psychology techniques and their application to individual tasks and operations.• Mentors leaders developing as coaches to implement foundational performance psychology principles into their leadership with direct reports.• Assesses progress of leaders developing as coaches and provide feedback for growth, development, and success of the coaching community.• Develops a vibrant coaching community within each cohort that shares best practices and lessons learned.• Works directly with manager to develop content, materials, and intervention tools grounded in evidence-based applied psychology and human performance principles known to enhance human thriving and modified to be delivered through multiple modalities.• Assists in program evaluation.• Recommends improvements to all aspects of the program operations.• Synchronizes with, support, and enhance existing human performance contract implementation.
