I was Destined to be FAT, until I became Determined to be FIT! My body type easily gains fat and matched with an incredible appetite lead to my obesity in 2010. I have learned, practiced, and now I am teaching the principals of fitness and proper nutrition and how to build a lifestyle around them. I also come from a family riddled with cancer so my passion is deeply rooted in prevention of disease and illness. The financial cost and sacrifices you face now to live a healthy lifestyle is only a fraction of the cost of medical bills and sacrifices you have to make later in life dealing with disease and/or illness. If you are determined then I can teach you how to be FIT! In Charlotte, NC I work out of a Private Gym called Fit Bye Pharr at 201 W. Morehead St. Private 1-on-1 or 2-on-1 sessions during the hours of 4-730pm in 45 minute sessions. My rate is $50/session.
