ABOUT RICH SCHAINKER

I’ve spent my career working at the intersection of retirement strategy, investments, and institutional relationships.For more than three decades, I’ve partnered with plan sponsors, advisors, and consultants to help organizations design and manage retirement plans that serve both the employer and the people who depend on them for their future.Today, I advise mid- to jumbo-sized U.S. and global organizations on defined contribution strategy, including investment oversight, plan design, fiduciary governance, and service provider evaluation. My work often centers on helping retirement committees navigate complex decisions around investment structures, evolving regulations, and participant engagement.Earlier in my career, I spent many years on the asset management side of the industry, working closely with retirement plan advisors and institutional consultants across the West Coast.
