I test software with a focus on end user experience, especially for end users who may have accessibility issues such as poor vision or difficulty controlling a mouse. My testing plans and actual tests cover accessibility, the \"happy path\" when everything works as expected, and the most likely unhappy paths. I have tested for multiple teams with competing deadlines and I used strong communication skills to prioritize my work between them. When I do find a defect in the software, I prefer to work directly with the devs to fix it fast and keep the project moving forward. However, sometimes a defect will get prioritized for later work and in those cases I document the defect with clear reproduction steps, screen images, and excerpts from web browser developer consoles so that in a week, a month, or longer, we will all still understand the defect. If I don\'t have stories requiring my attention, I like to perform regression tests and make sure the software still works as expected. I also like to review defect reports and close any that were fixed by other work without being addressed directly.
