I especially advocate for strong mental wellness programs for public safety workers and those in healthcare professions.I recently retired from my role as Assistant Chief in Fire Prevention at the Ohio Division of State Fire Marshal. I helped lead a team of nine field educators in fire and life safety education.I once served the NFPA Education Section as a Director. I acted in a supporting role with communications for the Institution of Fire Engineers - USA Branch Vision 20/20 Project. I am now producing their podcast, CRR Radio.I am a change leader with experience in both state and local government roles. As a Certified Public Manager® I help others understand their own strengths and skills while developing new leaders for their next career and leadership roles. I coach to professional success by helping my team understand achievable goals and how to reach them. I help staff focus on personal and organizational integrity resulting in increased customer service results.My skills include voice acting, audio production, audio-visual editing and creation, building networks, finding advocate partners, and helping coalition members locate talent and resources.
