ROCKBlue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in international development that provides seasoned utility specialists with years of experience in the developing world to mentor senior management of water utilities to face the issues they consider a priority. Provide long-term guidance and mentoring to water utility managers in five African countries to improve their operating and financial performance. Introduced them to the US water industry’s Effective Utility Management program. Plan and participate in quarterly workshops providing peer-to-peer learning opportunities on performance improvements. Directed in-depth financial assessments and the development of financial Performance Improvement Programs for the water utilities in capital cities Lilongwe, Malawi, and Lusaka, Zambia.
