In 2023, Rich joined MPS as Partner, bringing over 36 years of experience as a licensed attorney in both Illinois and Missouri.With a deeper bench of attorneys and additional practice areas offered through MPS, Rich continues to serve and build upon the relationships he built and developed as Managing Partner at Robinson Payne LLC.He continues serving as General Counsel for family-owned and closely-held businesses with unique insight as he has been directly involved in two family businesses himself. He continues serving as Outside General Counsel for the largest US manufacturer of western and dress headwear, including Stetson; Outside General Counsel for the second largest foodservice buying group in the US; as well as Outside General Counsel for numerous companies on the Crains List of largest privately owned, fastest growing companies and largest woman-owned businesses.An addition, Rich continues serving as Personal General Counsel to high net-worth individuals handling their personal, business and family legal matters; as well as Approved Counsel to many Chicagoland banks.
