Coordinated with Process, Operations, I&C, DCS engineers, and console operators to reduce nuisance and standing alarms across the Liquefaction (LQF) facility. Performed alarm setpoint, limit, and logic reviews to ensure alignment with operating envelopes, equipment protection, and safe operating limits.Supported alarm rationalization and HAZOP reviews in accordance with ISA-18.2 / IEC 62682 standards. Planned and scheduled inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance or replacement of faulty field instruments causing bad PV, false, and chattering alarms. Worked closely with operators to validate alarm behavior during normal and transient operating conditions, improving operator situational awareness, process safety, and plant reliability.Facility instrumentation upgrade planning for storage tank level gauges, LTDs and compressor anti surge valves including vendor engagement, scope development and execution strategies.Conducted Failure Mode analysis(FMEA) and reliability analysis for compressor control valves identifying vulnerabilities and driving reliability improvements initiatives.
