Trombonist and director of the Trinity School of Music (TSM). TSM is a regional conservatory dedicated to the development of musicians in central Missouri and is focused on providing professional level music performances and instruction to undeserved rural communities. As director at TSM, I provide guidance and help execute the development and growth of the conservatory by building strategic alliances and directing key initiatives. We are one of a few pilot parish based conservatories in the nation that are self sustaining models and offer advisory services to other startup community based music schools.
