I oversee day-to-day operations at the ski and snowboard school, while also spearheading the design and implementation of comprehensive learning and development programs. These initiatives are aimed at equipping ski and snowboard instructors with essential skills in safety, brand representation, guest experience enhancement, and fostering inclusion.One of my recent achievements includes the development of an innovative \"Inclusive Teaching Model.\" This framework empowers our instructors to navigate the complexities of diverse environments, addressing challenges that arise from cultural differences, language barriers, social norms, varying athletic abilities, nonverbal communication nuances, and the impact of preconceptions and stereotypes. By ensuring that every guest and employee feels valued and included, we create an environment where everyone can fully embrace the experience of being at our resort.
