As the architect of data driven analysis for improved ROI for multi- and single-family operators, and the frontline captain of our business development and client service teams, my job is to illustrate value to prospective property clients in capturing incremental occupancy and revenue from prospective resident segments. a segment of their resident populations that has been undervalued due to limited tools to help them perform on par or better than residents accepted without conditions based on credit. I joined NPS to deliver on a double bottom line initiative that benefits both individuals and the rental housing communities where they want to live. By bridging the gap between the payments space and risk reduction, I am excited about building a vertical channel for multifamily clients that directly impacts cash flow, resident retention, and bottom line performance. My team and I are passionate about improving the dynamics between credit and access to rental housing forAmericas renter population.We work every day to educate property clients about the value of funds being put aside automatically from payroll each pay period and secured for rent as the impetus for re-shaping lease terms for positive impact to the bottom line. We are proud of our success in helping clients capture meaningful incremental revenue and cost savings from ancillary revenue and dramatically lower default rates.
