   As a Founding Senior Partner, we opened our doors in January 2020. The Loring Group is a specialty boutique search firm that delivers transformational leaders to high-growth companies and provides the insight companies need to make the right decisions about whom to hire.Retained Executive Search is our primary offering, sourcing well-qualified candidates for our clients. Each search is conducted entirely by a senior partner and supported by our local in-house research team.We also provide Team Building Search, similar to retained, but for multiple individual contributor and management roles when your Talent Acquisition team needs additional help. Each project is led by a senior partner and supported by our local in-house research team.We provide market-driven executive coaching basics. The guidance we provide to define your value proposition and infuse that into your LinkedIn profile is invaluable.Rich Kampmann brings 20+ years of executive search and leadership consulting expertise to his loyal clients. He also has 15 years of hands-on experience in the banking and finance arena.Rich has performed hundreds of searches for companies worldwide at senior management and executive levels. He has advocated for Commercial and Private Banks and supports Consumer Products, Fintech, Industrial, and Non-Profit organizations.Rich, his wife Patty, and their two young adult sons live primarily in San Francisco and support many non-profit organizations in the community. Rich completed ten years as a board member at The Pomeroy Recreation and Rehabilitation Center, which serves people with disabilities. He was a member of the Admissions Committee at the Olympic Club, is an Eagle Scout, and was a leader in the Boy Scouts of America and the San Francisco Little League. Rich is a graduate of Rutgers College at Rutgers University.
