As the Head of Exchange at Department, I lead the development and delivery of the Exchange program, a unique programme that connects entrepreneurs, investors, and experts across the UK from the tech, creative & digital sectors, as well as giving the cohorts the tools required to grow a successful business.I leverage my innovation management, external communication, and coaching skills to foster a collaborative and diverse community of innovators, and to facilitate meaningful connections and opportunities for them. Previously, I was an Enterprise Acceleration Manager at NatWest, where I supported the growth and success of over 250 early-stage businesses through mentoring, networking, and funding. I am committed to creating value and impact for the businesses and individuals I work with, and to contributing to the advancement of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the North West.I also share monthly insights from inside Exchange, one of the UK’s fastest-growing accelerators.
