While I\'m not actively searching for employment at the moment, I\'m always open to hearing about new opportunities. My current role with Microsoft brought me back to the USA in March of 2020 after spending almost 3 years living in and working in Suzhou, China.    Created the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a new solution for managing corporate records management. Worked closely with business stakeholders to ensure the right product will be built, taking in their requirements and desires while balancing priorities and technical challenges. Mentored to two employees helping one learn what it is like to be a Product Manager and begin to learn the skills he will need to transition into the role while helping the other move up the ladder and take-on a senior PM role in the company. Established the Product Managment Storytelling Pillar for my org to build up that important skill across the PM team. Biweekly meetings are dedicated to learning new storytelling techniques, critical listening for when others are presenting their stories, and providing critical feedback to help improve stories being told.
