Driving & supporting the leadership team to manage engagements and culture in Rexel India. Collaborating, engaging & sharing Best Practices, accomplishments, participating actively in global projects with the counter team globally. Flawlessly connected to the global leadership teams and interacting with them on different forums Networking and harvesting the stake holders along with key business partners. Coaching, Mentoring and driving the upskilling for the organization across. Driving Performance Management, Feedback Mechanism. Driving Employee engagement for Rexel India( right from cross function interactions, workshops, Training, IDP’s to Rewards & Recognitions, Employee wellness programs) Revamping & deriving the competitive compensation & Benefits plans, Policies. Guiding the talent acquisition team & Business heads to attract right talent for succession gaps & build talent bench. Delivering smooth appraisals & coaching the employees to adhere timelines. As we grow, encourage positive feedback that focuses on development of employees. Partnering with Diversity forums for assembling scalable DEI teams and creating strong talent pipelines. Working on success traits, inspiring employees with a passion for their contribution to yield the Best out of them!
