I make sure all live sessions at FLOWN run smoothly and deliver real value; from deep work sessions to coaching and personal development programs.I oversee the delivery of 145+ hours of live focus sessions every week, and work with a brilliant team of 20+ facilitators and coaches to create experiences that support our members in staying focused, accountable, and growing.I also design and run our FLOWN + offerings, including accountability groups, 1:1 coaching, courses, and workshops. These help people build structure, find motivation and do their best work.
