   I serve clients on a variety of legal matters with a speciality on sales-centric companies including the indirect channel, all types of commercial (agent, partner, sub-agent, VAR, etc.) and employment contracts, door-to-door sales compliance, telemarketing, marketing, training materials, UDAP compliance, and related areas. With expertise serving as In-house counsel for a variety of fast growing sales companies I have gain expertise in this speciality areas related to sales and contracts. Having spent 5 summers knocking on doors selling alarm systems and managing sales teams, I am uniquely positioned to “speak the language” while translating the law to you in a way that is easy to understand. I will make practical recommendations that will mitigate your risks without devastating your volume or productivity.
