Fostering positive spaces and empowering the great minds behind the actual work is always my #1 priority. This extends across everything from small to large-scale projects, encompassing conception and design, all the way through to development and implementation.I\'ve been immersed in the marketing space for over a decade. You name it, I\'ve touched it: creative development, production, media, product, analytics, and a whole lot of ad-hoc strategic projects. Throughout it all, I\'ve united stakeholders and multidisciplinary departments, synchronizing multiple projects under common goals and milestones. After delivering the great work, I make sure everyone takes a step back to celebrate!I consider myself the ultimate team player, an exceptional collaborator, and a motivator to my colleagues and teams. Above all, I am a leader who champions empathy, patience, and dedication.My passions extend beyond work. I nerd out over sound design and typography. I write music with my friends and a few bands (some of which gets produced, some of which never sees the light of day—and that\'s fine by me). I shoot on 35mm cameras but I\'m deeply invested in digital and tech innovations. I love fishing on my Hobie kayak and enjoy surfing east coast beaches, even if I just pretend to know what I\'m doing.
