SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT TEAM OPERATIONS: I accelerated delivery by 20% by implementing new operational standards and Agile methodologies. DATA INTEGRITY: I drove data accuracy to 99% by harnessing artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML) to create a user-friendly, interactive software platform for inventory tracking. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT & EMERGING TECHNOLOGY: I leverage cutting-edge technology such as digital twin technology, augmented reality (AR) prototyping, and blockchain to drive data accuracy, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. DIVERSE CULTURE BUILDING: I increased the number of women on the team and encourage participation in the WICT Network (Women in Cable).
