It is a pleasure to meet you virtually and thank you for taking the time to read more about my experience!I enjoy telling great data stories and adding value by providing insights which ultimately help organizations make well-informed operational and strategic decisions. I am equally passionate about creating clean but meaningful data visuals that help decision makers and implementers understand what is going on in their organization. Process modeling which include conducting gap analyses, and mapping current and future states for process improvement are two other areas that are important to me as well. My goal is to join an organization that allows me to do what I enjoy but more importantly to learn from my colleagues and understand what serves the company’s future best. My education includes a Business Intelligence Master\'s Degree from Full Sail University, as well as a previous Master\'s Degree in Business with a focus in Entertainment, also from Full Sail. My undergraduate degree is a Bachelor\'s in Business Management from Monroe College.Throughout my academic career, I studied Foundations of Business Intelligence, Enterprise Data Management, Data Mining, Business Analytics, Creative Reporting and Data Visualization. Previous coursework included Project and Team Management, Media Literacy and Research Methodologies, Executive Leadership, Finance, Business Law, Brand Management, Product Management, Marketing, Macroeconomics and Management. For my my Master’s Degrees’ theses, I created a Business Plan, as well as Data Informed Solution Plan.I have worked as a contract BI Consultant at Nissan, where I established a reporting process which transformed internal client spend research from 70 hours to 5 minutes. This new monthly report tracks multi-million dollar projects and their types of funding. Previously, I worked in HR at HCA, where I created HR Analytical Reports for senior executives across HCA, using Oracle Business Intelligence, SAP Business Objects, Taleo Enterprise, Lawson, HR Analytics, and other programs. These reports display both current and historical HR and Recruitment-specific activity with KPIs for over 200K employees.Lastly, I realized my professional abilities in database management while working at the Frist Art Museum in Nashville. As main contact to their 15K member base, I managed all aspects of the Raiser’s Edge database, including financial and constituent querying / reporting for the Board of Trustees and C-Suite.
