Reporting to the VP of Product, I have 8 direct reports including 2 Design Managers with direct reports for a total team size of 15 across four distinct business lines and 3 Products.• Established a scorecard for Design Effectiveness, as measured by Peter Merholz’s 12 qualities of effective design organizations, based on a quarterly listening tours with design team members, cross functional roles, and leadership. • In an effort to demonstrate strategic design Influence, I partnered with the Director of Program Management to make improvements to our Product Delivery Process (PDP) by better embedding the design process and creating design owned stage ‘gates’ for stronger accountability.
