I work as a Defense Contractor in support of the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency\'s Indo-Pacific Research Division. I work in support of the development and implementation of a Quality Management System for the research division. The role involves updating and creating Standard Operating Procedures, guides, templates and instructional manuals to enhance the assurance process within the organization.The DPAA is one of a few agencies in the world committed to identifying and returning the remains of unaccounted for service members who died during World War II, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, the Cold War and the Iraq wars. The agency, which is part of the U.S. Department of Defense, seeks to locate and identify the remains of unaccounted for service members.
