ABOUT RICH V.
Rich Van (PMP, MEng, MBA) is the Continuous Improvement Coordinator at Aecon / ONxpress, implementing continuous improvement and project management throughout major transit and civil projects including GO Rail Expansion, Eglinton Crosstown LRT, and Gordie Howe International Bridge. He led process plannings across 16 disciplines with management teams from government, contractors and consultants. His works involves waste walks, cost analysis, workforce planning, employee training. Other than that, he had the opportunity working as a project coordinator and night shift supervisor on site.Rich has a diverse experience in China, USA, ultimately in Canada.
