I have more than twenty five years of experience in the contingency search business. While I currently own and operate a successful boutique search firm (Vista Technology), my past positions have included Recruiter, Group Manager and Department Manager. As an entry level Recruiter, I re-established an engineering presence for my employer that had not existed for two years. As Group Manager and Department Manager, I continued to expand my company’s presence by establishing a Sales and Marketing, Environmental and a Biotechnology Division. My responsibilities encompassed not only the establishment of the division but also the hiring, training and managing of the recruiters who worked the discipline. My recruiting / headhunting experience began with CORICO CORPORATION in 1985 and in 1991, I established VISTA TECHNOLOGY for the sole purpose of recruiting Biotechnology / BioPharmaceutical / Life Science professionals. In addition, I have also over the past several years been retained by some of MA leading Biotechnology companies to take on the role of “Consultant” to enable critical deadlines to be met in recruitment.
