Grew the business from one software engineer to seven. Built long term relationships with a number of different companies from a variety of industries and delivered numerous software tools including CRM tools, vehicle preparation tools and tools to manage health and safety.During this role I work closely with our customers to fully understand the direction of travel for their businesses, help them to understand the outcomes they need, and use that to refine their requirements. I also help lead our team of engineers to deliver software against these requirements using agile workflows.
