Tatva is a management consulting firm based out of Pune, we design customised learning interventions in the space of Leadership Development, Diversity- Inclusion, Women Leadership and Executive Coaching. My primary responsibilities include client acquisition and programme delivery management, client relationship and account management. I support facilitators in the process of designing and delivery which includes customisation, collateral preparation and sustainability of the executed interventions.
