ABOUT RICHA SINGH

Richa is a highly skilled organizational psychologist and OD specialist with over a decade of experience in Learning & Development, Organization Development & Human Resource Management. She has a proven track record of driving change through effective organization development interventions, and has worked with diverse organizations across industries in India and the US. Her experience in conducting diagnostic conversations with executives and senior leaders and analyzing organizational issues enables her to design and deploy impactful interventions that bring real value to her clients Richa has successfully led long-term, complex organizational transformation projects, including top-down organizational alignment interventions and high-potential development programs. She has also spearheaded the development of transitioning leaders, including Managers of managers and First-time managers, for multiple organizations. As a facilitator, Richa has conducted 300 + hours of development workshops. Her ability to connect with learners, enabling reflection and driving change, has earned her consistently excellent feedback from both international and Indian clients. Richa is also a subject matter expert on Diversity & Inclusion, and has worked with multiple clients to implement D&I solutions.
