Data analytics and Decision sciences professional with 9+ years’ experience working with FT100 clients across Technology, Pharma, e-commerce and Retail domain enabling them to facilitate data-driven decisions. Exposure working with culturally diverse clients while handling various roles of team lead, mentor and team player. Worked with Mu Sigma for ~3 years where I spearheaded a team of five analysts, while maintaining an energetic and high performance work atmosphere and building good relationships with project stakeholders.While in Mu Sigma, I have worked across various tools and technologies including R, Python, SQL, Data Science Studio, Alteryx, Tableau, Excel etc. Worked for a global leader in Retail to enable them to enhance their customer interactions by sending personalized campaigns and measure the campaign effectiveness.I joined Amazon in Sep’2018 and was associated with WW Compliance Operations team as a Business Intelligence Engineer until Jul’2020 where I worked with program team to build critical business KPIs, automated operational reports into structured dashboards and enabled WW standardization of associate scorecards. I then worked for Zappos International Analytics team on supply chain optimization and marketing initiatives until Nov\'2021. Currently working as an Insights Specialist in Google, where we help customers with data driven insights and recommendations enabling them to create successful campaigns, drive sales and boost revenue.I am an Electronics and Telecommunication engineering graduate from K. J. Somaiya College of Engineering, Mumbai with Distinction. I was honored with \'Best Outgoing student of the year\' by my department for excelling in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities while maintaining high academic score.
