Nov 2024 – Apr 2025 - Interim Project Manager – J P Hildreth Limited – Working on assignment at Mars Wrigley, Slough. Installation of replacement coating drum on chocolate sweet production line involving lifting and transportation of the drums through the factory high care areas and lifting onto 1st level mezzanine with very tight access. Current project to remove an old chocolate production line that is built into the building over 3 levels and adjacent to the live, current production area. With Health & Safety to the fore, the associated risks are; lifting and heavy equipment removals, daily hot works, limited space, risk of taint and contamination of adjacent product. I careful, planned approach with close coordination is required.
