   ChemDAQ is a small dynamic company which aims to provide the highest quality continuous gas monitors for sterilant and disinfectant gases and vapors, especially peracetic acid (PAA), hydrogen peroxide (HP) and ethylene oxide (EtO). We achieve this through developing unique technologies to solve specific problems. More specifically I have contributed towards this growth by:Serving as a member of senior management team for ChemDAQ, developing strategies to create opportunities to grow the company and navigate through challenges such as 2008 financial crisis and Covid.Serving as Corporate Secretary and managing corporate legal matters for both in-house and working with outside counsel including contracts, trademarks (US, UK and China), patents, export licenses, EEOC & unemployment disputes; and software license disputes, and internal policies.Developed new gas monitors for workplace safety including the Steri-Trac, Steri-Trac 2 and SafeCide lines. Developed the first sensor for continuous monitoring of PAA. Developed selective filters for the EtO and PAA sensors which makes these monitors the most selective electrochemical sensor available. Developed a novel material for removal of EtO gas with application in medical device sterilization and subsequent distribution (patents pending)I have also had responsibility for Sensor Calibration, Quality, Human Resources and Safety, and the ChemDAQ Blog. I have also written many articles on gas detection and related topics in journals and other publications, wrote the script for a video on Personal Safety (AAMI 2015), presented at conferences and participated in panel discussions.
