   As VP of Operations & Technology, I lead the convergence of our data, AI, and operational strategies. I build scalable technology platforms and high-performing teams to automate complex processes, deliver data-driven insights, and drive business growth.Core Responsibilities- Launched our internal AI platform (Stratos) and moved key workflows from manual to automated- Built a unified data architecture in GCP/BigQuery as the single source of truth- Delivered self-serve dashboards and reporting that accelerate decision-making- Developed predictive models that improve targeting and planning- Produced AI driven TAM generation process and improved enrichment pipelines for higher precision at lower cost-Drive measurable efficiency and cost savings across operations.
